Anyone treating wastewater from phosphating and cathodic electrocoating (e-coat) knows the typical challenges. High oil and degreasing loads, complex-bound metals, and fluctuating compositions make treatment difficult and drive up chemical, sludge, and cleaning costs.
Our latest case study report shows, based on three real cases from our own lab, how the right reaction separating agents from our Clear product line reliably solve these problems, from a cloudy clear phase to an overflowing press. (...)

High COD levels in wastewater are a costly problem for many industrial businesses. Find out how targeted chemical treatment helps you reliably meet discharge limits.
Chemical oxygen demand, or COD, is one of the most important parameters for assessing the quality of industrial wastewater. It indicates how much oxygen is required to chemically oxidise organic compounds in the water. High COD values indicate a heavy organic load and present a serious challenge across many industries: discharge conditions are not met, regulatory requirements tighten, or the municipal treatment plant reaches its capacity limits. (...)

Wastewater treatment in flexographic printing presents significant challenges for industrial companies. High dye concentrations, constantly changing compositions, and increasing environmental and process safety requirements demand powerful and reliable treatment solutions. Conventional methods often reach their limits, resulting in unstable processes, higher chemical consumption, and insufficient water quality. (...)

Acetone is widely used across many industrial applications due to its strong solvent properties. However, its use is often associated with well known challenges. High flammability, rapid evaporation, strong odor, and increased safety requirements can create additional operational and regulatory burdens.
As a result, replacing acetone with modern solvent solutions has become increasingly important for companies seeking safer, more sustainable, and process efficient alternatives. (...)
