Replacement of NEP by RESIN-Clean EXP 10/30 in polyurethane-processing operations

The use of NEP (N-ethyl-pyrrolidone), well-known as an application-critical product, has been completely replaced by the use of RESIN-Clean EXP 10/30 for cleaning tools and moulds of polyurethane residue.
The user's aim was to obtain a product with the same cleaning efficiency as NEP in dissolving hardened PU, but which is absolutely harmless to employees and users in terms of its toxicity and labelling.
Thanks to the newly developed RESIN-Clean EXP-10/30, all of the customer's requirements have been fully met to his complete satisfaction.
