| Within the shortest time, the dismantling, and on-site installation of sanitation as well as reinstallation and reconstruction work was completed. While interrupting construction during the summer vacation for only 3 weeks. Crucial System functions had to be operational in a timely manner.

| The use of organic acids during galvanic processes (i.e. acetic acids) has lead to germ and bacterial contamination in the Rinsing processes. In the previous case impurities of the ion exchange resins and of the intake and exhaust nozzles hindered the hydraulic discharge rate.
Due to the strong contamination the resins were removed out of the pressure drums and submitted to an external complete cleaning in a resin back rinsing container. Thereby foreign particles as well as dead bacteriums and germs out of cation and anion exchange resins.
Resins are rinsed out. Subsequently, the resins in the back rinsing container were germinated by means of Sorbacid. Sorbacid prevents the cell division of the macro organisms and prevents germ and bacteria contamination in Water circulations. With an increased dosing quantity of Sorbacid a so-called Shock treatment was accomplished and the resins of a thorough final flushing were finally submitted.
At the same time the entire tubing in the water pipeline system was likewise subjected to a shock treatment with Sorbacid, in order to prevent a renewed germ and bacterial contamination. After cleaning and sterilization the resins were led back again into the receiving tanks. The required hydraulic discharge rate is once again assured. |

| New machinery of the Circulating water plant
Due to changed outputs the existing circulating water plant was replaced. The situation analysis made by our technicians at PSI led to the realization that a 1m3/h circulating water plant fulfills the needs and requirements optimally. Therefore a plant concept meeting demand on the state of the art developed for nests on closest area. This valuable space in the existing building could be won in addition. |

| We received a contract from the company Preciprint AG a waste water facility to expand accordingly and modernize its present needs.
With respect to the actual current legislation, by minimization of operator expenditure, the optimization of the waste water quality stood in the forefront. |
